A daily resort fee of $35 per room, per night plus taxes will be charged in addition to the room rates which includes:

• In-room high-speed Internet access.
• Fitness Center for guests 18+
• Unlimited local and toll-free phone calls

Current Clark County Tax is at 13.38%, and subject to change.

Registrants are responsible for making their hotel reservations. Registrants who prefer to make their reservations by phone may call 877-603-4389. Identify yourself as a National Ergonomics Conference & ErgoExpo participant and cite group code SPNEC2.

Please check with the hotel about its cancellation and advance deposit policies. A limited block of rooms is being held until Friday, October 7, 2022, or until the block is sold out. After this date, the group rate will be offered based on hotel availability only. If you reserve more than 10 rooms, you may be required to sign a contract. If you require an ADA accessible room, we strongly encourage you to make your hotel reservations early and communicate your needs to the hotel.

Please be aware that some convention housing and expo travel agencies are fraudulently representing themselves as our "housing vendor" and contacting individuals in the Ergonomics community, soliciting business. Specifically, they will offer to make hotel reservations within ErgoExpo’s block on your behalf, or even offer you a discount from our rate. ErgoExpo is NOT utilizing the services of any housing service for ErgoExpo 2022. Hotel reservations for National Ergonomics Conference & ErgoExpo should be made directly with the hotel, either by phone or via our web reservation link. The official event hotel with guaranteed rates are listed on this website. If you provide your credit card information to any of these unauthorized vendors, your card may be charged but you may not have a reservation when you arrive in Las Vegas.
