Our goal is to provide clear, useful and up-to-date information between now and November in order to help you plan and prepare to attend National Ergo 2024. This page will be continually updated with additional details.
Only individuals registered and badged may attend National Ergo. Attendees must have the appropriate badge to enter the keynote sessions, workshops, educational sessions, and expo hall. Individuals must be 21 years of age or older to participate in the annual conference and exhibition and all related events.
National Ergo engages ergonomics and safety industry professionals and service providers in a collaborative, inclusive event to address emerging issues affecting the Ergonomics community. National Ergo is designed to foster relationships and encourage the open exchange of ideas and information.
Registrant substitutions may be made at any time with no penalty. Cancellations received in writing 30 days prior to the conference start will receive a refund minus an administrative fee of $250. Cancellations received after this date will not be refunded. No-show registrations will not be refunded. Please email any requests for refunds or substitutions to

The Institutes reserves the right to cancel the conference due to lack of registrations or any other unforeseen circumstances. In case of conference cancelation, The Institutes’ liability is limited to the refund of the registration fee only. The Institutes reserves the right to alter this program without prior notice.
